Refund & Return Policy

30-Day Returns

Return any Kepiy product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked. Items should be in original or gently used condition. Email support@kepiy.com with your order number to start a return.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your mat arrives damaged or defective, we will send a free replacement. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear on your statement.

Non-Returnable Items

Items damaged through misuse (e.g., dropped on hard floors causing cracks) or improper care are not eligible for return.

Care Instructions

• Rinse with clean water and air-dry in a vertical position
• Use included sandpaper (150 grit) to buff away surface residue
• Do not place in a dishwasher
• Avoid prolonged direct sunlight
• Handle carefully — stone may crack if dropped on hard floors
